I offer different virtual package options to suit your needs and only work with a small handful of clients at any given time. This allows me to focus more of my energy on helping those who are ready to make a lot of change in a relatively short time. Our work will be deeply healing and transformative in ways that last.

A focus on personal growth and healing
Feeling, understanding, and navigating one's own emotions is paramount to cultivating love and attachment. Traumatic experiences often create unhealthy coping mechanisms that affect our ability to connect with others. Healing those wounds and creating healthier ways to engage with your loved one is critical in your quest for intimacy. Without this step, you’ll lean on things like blaming, people-pleasing, deflection, and avoidance, which only hinder closeness and connection. If you can master this pivotal piece, you will become unstoppable in your relationship.
Practical systems
Once we identify your focus (self-discovery, meeting someone, developing/repairing intimacy with a current partner), I will help you learn and implement simple applications that eliminate guesswork, lasering in on results, not fluff, games, or woo-ey nonsense.
Experiential learning
Other coaches offer only logical solutions to build intimacy, but I believe it is best learned through logic AND experience. Our work together will be close. It’ll be honest, real, vulnerable, and authentic. Together, we will do the real work like you would with a partner. We will talk through hard things and past experiences that prevent you from intimacy, and we’ll celebrate new insights that rise to the surface due to your openness. I’ll help you unlearn old behaviors, implement new ones, and develop strategies to help you continue what you’ve learned on your own with a loved one.

I am also available for in-person intensives at the client’s expense. My stay requires business-class airfare and a cozy Airbnb. I’m available anywhere from 5 hours to 3 days. Package options will be discussed upon request.
