Intimacy Coaching

Intimacy in relationships is essential for building meaningful connections. It goes beyond great sex and physical attraction to include emotional connection, trust, vulnerability, and a shared sense of belonging. Trauma from purity culture and religious oppression can make connecting with others feel scary and unsafe but together we will work to help heal those wounds.

At your own pace and with my support you will uncover the roots of your beliefs about intimacy and address any fears that may be holding you back. You will learn to recognize red flags, communicate your emotional needs, build trust, establish healthy boundaries, and practice active listening. These skills will empower you and your partner to create a lasting relationship based on authenticity.

With personalized strategies and supportive conversations, you’ll gain the confidence to break free from negative patterns and embrace a healthier approach to intimacy. After our time together, you will experience renewed confidence, joy, and deeper connections. I look forward to guiding you on this journey to discover love and intimacy you may have never thought possible.
